10:15am	Minimalist running clinic Learn the minimalist philosophy to running as well as the key techniques to make your transition to minimalist/barefoot safe and fun Activities are free to everyone who meets the minumum age/height/health requirements.
10:30am	Yoga
11:00am:	Orienteering - Map Navigation using a compass Learn the basics of map navigation using only a compass. During this interesting event, you will use your map and compass to navigate to two checkpoints. Activities are free to everyone who meets the minumum age/height/health requirements.
